Diet and Stress
Most of us do not associate healthy diet with stress relief. But eating a diet high in complex carbohydrates which spreads calorie intake over the course of the day maintains blood sugar levels, and this helps us to work at our peak. Low blood sugar levels decrease concentrationk, creativity and energy, and inrease irritability. So, forget the high sugar snacks and make sure you break for lunch. Also, try to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, as mild dehydration leads to the same problems as blood pressure.
