If you are taking the pill, check with your doctor, as excessive oestrogen has been linked with the formation of cellulite - this is one of the reasons why it is almost exclusively a female issue. Other ways of limiting oestrogen build-up include:

Avoiding the use of plastic containers in the microwave.

Drinking from a glass rather than a plastic cup.

Eating organically wherever possible.

Include foods such as tofu, bananas, sprouted seeds, eggs in your diet.
