Try meditation and create your own oasis of calm.

Find a quite, warm room. Sit comfortably or lie on your back with your legs supported. Breathe deeply. Let the thoughts flow through your mind, don’t dwell on anything, just let them pass. As you relax mor deeply, clear your head and focus on the gentle fise and fall of your breathing. spend 5 minutes a day meditating and emerge totally centred.

Moisturise your body after your shower.
Have a cup of tea and read the papers alone.
Take a bath for at least half an hour.
