Create your own spa at home

Run a bath, light some candles, add some olive oil to the bath water, add some essential oils, cut circles of cucumber for your eyes and mix honey and salt for a facial scrub.

Soak for half an hour and when you get out - slowly, as the oil is slippery - pad yourself dry with a towel and rub in the oils as natural moisturiser. Rinse off the scrub with cool water and go to bed.
Awake feeling refreshed and revived.

If someone wants something that you cannot give - energy, time, brain power - or something that would make your personal stocks dangerously low like emotional or physical help, then just say ‘no’. Wait until you feel ready to give freely and then you will be much more helpful without damaging yourself. You cannot help if you have nothing left to give.
