Waiting in a queue doesn’t have to be a waste of time. Use these minutes to stretch out your lower back and work on your abdominal muscles with this subtle move: stand with your feet hip width apart, making sure your weight is equally distributed. Tuck in your tailbone and push your pubic bone forward while simultaneously tightening your abs and pushing your heels into the floor. Hold 10 - 15 seconds, and repeat 5 times.

Yes, to some degree. However, if your teeth are very badly stained, no lip colour will help. But if your teeth have a yellowish cast, lipsticks with a blue undertone - plums, wines, violets and pinks, can make them appear less yellow. Beware of corals and oranges, which will have the opposite effect.
